1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 5baho platform (website and mobile application), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use 5baho. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are registering on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms on the business's behalf.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@5baho.uz if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. User Content
By posting reviews, photos, or other content on 5baho, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content on our platform. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and confirm that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: post false, misleading, or defamatory content; use the platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activities; attempt to access other users' accounts without authorization; scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform; or circumvent any security measures we implement.
6. Business Listings
Business owners may claim and manage their listings on 5baho. By submitting business information, you confirm its accuracy. We reserve the right to remove or modify listings that are inaccurate, misleading, or violate our content guidelines.
7. Reviews & Ratings
Reviews must reflect genuine first-hand experiences. We prohibit incentivized reviews, competitor attacks, and reviews from business owners about their own businesses. We may remove reviews that violate these guidelines without prior notice.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and software on 5baho are the property of 5baho or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
5baho provides the platform on an 'as-is' basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of business information or user reviews. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 5baho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the platform or email. Continued use of 5baho after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
